What is the Airfield Marking Symposium?
The Airfield Marking Symposium (AMS) is a public training course presented by Sightline. From design to line, the symposium delivers technical training on airfield marking standards and best practices. The course content includes the Airfield Marking Handbook, the latest FAA Advisory Circulars, etc. The symposium also features state-of-the-art equipment demonstrating the best practices on the airfield.
Who attends the training?
Maintenance, Operations, Consulting and Airport Engineers, Military, State DOT and FAA Employees, etc. Since 2009, well over 1,000 attendees have learned from our experts and made positive impacts to their airfields and projects worldwide. Attendees consistently report the networking and information sharing with fellow attendees and industry experts is extremely valuable.
How much does it cost?
The cost to attend any of the 2019 symposiums is $600 USD per attendee.
